New Viewer Title

CL3VER Viewer 2.1, faster on any device

What you should already know about CL3VER is that it differentiates from the rest because the 3D presentations are available in the browser. So actually there is no plugin nor “viewer” nor “web player” nor anything else to install to enable interactive 3D presentations view. Also you should know that once you’ve published a CL3VER Presentation it is available on any browser and device without the need of any specific optimization. In few words you can create 3D content once and it’s available anywhere.

Said that today we are proud to announce the release of the CL3VER Viewer 2.1 that improves 3D visualization of CL3VER presentations on any browser, making them faster and with less memory consumption.

An improved Preview and Publishing System

In order to check how a project appears before publishing it, now in the editor you can preview the project in WebGL and in Flash mode (because CL3VER presentations ara available in WebGL and also in Flash):

Flash Preview

To improve loading speed of your project we have created a solution that automatically optimize the scene with for a given quality. So now while publishing a project you can select different levels of scene quality from normal to minimum where minimum offers low quality but fast loading and vice versa:

CL3VER Publishing interface.

For more information you can read the Publishing Tutorial that has been updated with those new features.

CL3VER scenes loading 3 times faster than before

If before you were wondering about the loading time of CL3VER scenes now you’re going to have the same astonishing face that I’ve had the first time I’ve tested the improvements. Our team of engineers have been investigating different solutions for improve the charging time of published scenes and after all the changes they have made it possible to reduce loading time by 3 times. So now interactive 3D scenes charge like a YouTube video.

In the CL3VER editor, while publishing the scene, you can set different parameters to allow fast loading of the scene. A tutorial about it will be released soon.
Go to our Gallery and compare yourself the differences between the Viewer 2.0 and the Viewer 2.1 using as a reference the data about loading scene time we did published on our F.A.Q. two months ago.

F.A.Q. CL3VER

50% less memory consumption

Local memory consumption has been reduced by 50% while a CL3VER scene is running on your PC or Mac. This improvement allow you to open more than one interactive 3D scene at the time without incurring in memory overloading that may cause the slowing down of the system.

Better support for all browsers

Thanks to our proprietary technology that works with both, Flash and WebGL, when you try to access a CL3VER 3D scene from your browser, it recognize the browser version and the operative system, providing so a Flash or WebGL scene automatically.
CL3VER scenes are now better supported in all most used browsers and operative systems.

During last months we have been working on scene optimization, loading time and memory consumption to make this possible and today we have released the CL3VER Viewer 2.1.
